Ingredients
- 1 bag of PrimeWaters French-Style Herbs & Garlic Atlantic Salmon
- 1 pack of your favorite gourmet salad green mix
- 1 French baguette
- 2 tsp whole grain mustard
- 2 TB red wine vinegar
- Fresh ground black pepper and Diamond Crystal Sea Salt to taste
- 1/4 c grape-seed oil
- 1/4 c mild olive oil
Instructions
Vinaigrette:
- In a stainless bowl, whisk together the mustard, red wine vinegar and some salt and pepper
- Slowly whisk and drizzle in the oils until a thick emulsification is formed
- Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper to taste as desired
Salmon:
- Thaw four portions of PrimeWaters French-Style Herbs & Garlic Salmon
Bread:
- Slice baguette
Cook:
- Cook salmon per directions on pack
Serve:
- In a large bowl, toss salad by combining 6 cups of greens with enough dressing to give the salad a nice sheen, but without weighing the leaves down.
- Place a portion of salmon on each plate; Add dressed greens to each plate next to the salmon.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and sliced baguette and butter.
Additional Enhancements:
- Sliced tomato, spring peas, green onions, croutons
