- Remove salmon from package BEFORE thawing.
- Place on plate or shallow pan and cover.
- Thaw in refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours. (Don’t thaw at room temperature or in water.)
- Grill: put fillet on high heat at 4 minutes per side.
Broil: set in broiler for 6 to 8 minutes.
Bake: bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Stovetop: cook on medium high heat for 4 minutes per side. - Salmon should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.
